Panama City Beach Real Estate

The Florida Association of Realtors released 2007 existing condominium sales numbers in Panama City on Thursday.  There was good news and bad news in the results.  During 2007, 483 condos were sold compared to 352 in 2006 or a 37% increase.  However the 2007 year-end median sales price for area existing condominiums declined 11 percent, to $280,100.The current market is ripe with good deals for buyers.  Jerryhttp://www.bestpanamacitybeachcondo.com
