Guests can sample delicacies prepared by Executive Chef Julio Lucero from multiple food stations that have been paired with a special collection of beer and wine. At 7:30 p.m., Alton Brown takes the stage for a 90-minute cooking demonstration and show, flavored with his signature humor and enthusiasm.
