Panama City – this may be fun if the rain stops…
The 6th Annual Centennial Wine Tasting is scheduled today from 6 to 9 PM at McKenzie Gateway Park. The 2009 event celebrates Panama City’s 100th year as a city (called the Chautauqua Wine Tasting in prior years). The event will include up to 30 different wines as well as food provided by several downtown restaurants.
Ticketholders will receive a free commemorative 2009 Centennial wine glass.
The Steve Wiggins Band will perform.
PCB’s Seabreeze Winery is participating and will feature all 12 varieties of their wine including showing off their Centennial labels on three semi-dry wines.
The cost is $20 per person.
