Panama City Beach – Please, join us for our 12th Annual Festival of Reading, booksALIVE 2011, a joint project with the Bay County Public Library Foundation.

Save the dates and times for booksALIVE 2011, a celebration of books and the enchantment of reading.   The Festival features individual and panel author presentations, local authors, and special programs on narrating the written word.
